Come one and all to Gotham

Here is where everyone can find the place where Ivy met Phoenix for their date. Actually they might find her here too with a large dog on a leash. The dog looks to be a cross between a Saint Bernard and a German Shepard and is sniffing around. Of course it can't pick up on Phoenix's scent here. Too many people have been here. But Ivy brought her dog along just in case not many people appeared to investigate the missing defense lawyer. In all honestly she isn't sure what to expect.

But the city seems dark. Oppressing. And it holds many secrets and clues if someone is willing to look for them. Get ready folks, because this will prove to be an adventure.

"Hey!" They find him with his mouth to his pinpoint. "I'm talking to Otto. He says he can locate Phoenix's pinpoint! Though he hasn't told me exactly where it is yet. I'm still waiting for that..." He grins, then into the pinpoint, "Well?"

Miles is dragged along with Li, scrambling to keep up. Boy he doesn't look happy, although it changes when there's promise of information on Phoenix's location.

Still on the phone with Novak, Otto explains, "You won't believe it- provided the rest of the PINpoint is still on his body, Phoenix is being held prisoner in Thailand." It's a little odd, hearing the grouchy doctor talk so animatedly.

"Look, just... stay where you are, see if you can phone the others. I'll be right there."


A moment later, Doctor Octopus materializes on the far side of the alley, a large briefcase clutched in one of his actuators.

Novak is a tad startled when Otto suddenly appears!

"Uh.. hey." He grins. "Thailand? That's... well, that's pretty crazy. Can we pinpoint to Thailand? What cities are there, anyway? I haven't been there yet, at least, so it'll be interesting..." His eyes turn to the briefcase. "Is that your new emu gun?" Grin.

"Thailand?! Is that where Phoenix is?!" Li doesn't look like he believes this at all. Why would someone take him to Thailand, of all places?

"And... what's an emu gun?"

"The question you should be asking yourself is why I'm accidentally getting left behind here?"

Mia just happens to follow behind Li and Edgeworth by a few minutes, having to run after them from their original location. It was bad enough that Edgeworth decided to come here without telling her, but she specifically told him to stay put.

And yet, she had to chase after them for a good distance. Maybe she should have used her PINPoint, but she's so upset at this point that the idea failed to cross her mind.

"What is going on here?" She notes that the entire group is here, and she just happens to be late to the gathering. "Did someone figure out something?" Mia glances over the group, before her eyes rest on Edgeworth. Yeah, she practically sending him a death glare now.

The feminine voice causes him to cower. Well, he would, if Li isn't dragging him around. "Ahh.. my apologies." Crud. The prosecutor looks rather sheepish now, the most emotion he's shown since he arrived.

The glare is also noticed, and he glances towards the floor. "I believe Wright is in Thailand..."

"Hey, look your ---" Wow, his brain kicked in fast enough for him to avoid saying 'long lost lover!' -- "attourney.. chick.. friend.. showed up." There is a pregnant pause where it's clear he wanted to say something.. a lot worse. "Either way, since clearly you are now crushed under the gigantic breasts of this charming woman.." He looks at Mia, then at Otto. "Are we going to... where are going to? Can we get to Thailand from here via pinpoint? I think so?"

"...What did you just say?"

Okay, Mia was already ticked before she got here, but that comment broke the last bit of patience she had. Now she's pissed off. Walking calmly over to Novak, she lets her a little bit of violence do the talking for her.

Like a strong, harsh slap across the face. He was asking for it with the comment about her chest.

She backs away quickly, not wanting to make issues worse or get off-track. "...Alright, now that we have that comment taken care of, what's the next course of action? And hopefully it's something productive to rescuing Wright. Instead of obscene comments from Mr. Novak."

Well, there's another reason why he didn't want Mia to come. Not like he wanted to be there, either. Novak receives a nice glare from Miles, although the brunt of it is given by Mia as she slaps him across the face.

Anything Miles can do is certainly less effective than that.

He just kind of stands there, looking torn between sheepish and murdering Novak. Please be for to crawl in a hole and die now kthx.

Novak's remark is enough to throw Otto's train of thought completely offtrack, and he just stares with an aghast look on his face as Mia offers up a suitable comeback of her own.

"Th... uh.. yes. I've got the coordinates for Phoenix's PINpoint. If it's still on him, then he is currently in one of Bangkok's shipping districts... probably being held in a disused warehouse, I'd guess.

"We need to get him out of there as quickly as possible- Doctor Zaberisk is on call at the Clinics, and I can give you their PIN coordinates if you don't have them already- and we need to subdue the person who has kidnapped him. This weapon I've devised should be enough to weaken the Superboy clone to a human level of strength, but we're still going to need a diversion if we want to accomplish either of these objectives. Novak, I know how much you enjoy bloodshed, but your strength will be of little use in this area; the original Superman is strong enough to lift entire buildings and throw people miles distant, and quite frankly, I doubt you'd last a minute against this clone at his full strength. Kon, on the other hand... and for that matter, Li... what do you think you can do with your 'sailor girl'... thing..?"

"Whoa... what just happened?" Kon asked when he came in right when the smack occurred. "...Do I even want to know?" The teen questioned, and then looked to Otto.

"Yea, it should weaken him - guy seem to got full-fledge Telekinesis, so he doesn't have to get right up close to you to do damage." The young man warned as he stuck his hands into his pockets.

Ivy had been with Kon. And of course her dogg Cedric. He had pulled her along at the smell of fun new humans to sniff at!

And she had caught on the tail end of what had been said. "What he said. And...is there anything I can do to assit with the rescue?"

"I can.... blow things up really well?" Li says tentatively, still reeling from the scene with Mia. "And I have a binding attack sort of... thing, but I've only ever used it on things with normal human strength. No idea if it would be effective against Kon's clone."

Pause. "And I, ah... are we leaving now? Yet? I might as well transform, huh?"

Li takes out his pen and clicks it as if this is the most normal thing in the world. Then, in a flash of really gay-looking lights and swirls and sudden gender changes, there is a green-clad, sailor-suited soldier of love standing before you.

She strikes a pose. Can't help it - it's part of the transformation sequence.

Novak winces. "Okay, I asked for that. Definitely." He rubs his cheek, which now has a charmingly vivid Mia-sized handmark. "And it's just Novak. I'm not a mister, damnit.." mumble mumble.

When Otto speaks, he snarls. Definitely not a human snarl. More of a lizard snarl. And those are definitely lizard teeth. But they're gone again, and there's not much he can do against telekinesis. This definitely calls for some rampant violence in a random universe soon. He has work tomorrow though. Damnit. He nods, containing himself. Just like old days, huh... Snort.

"I'll do the Phoenix-saving then.. if that's okay. I'm strong enough to scoop him up.. Is that alright?" He looks at Otto. When Otto blinks, he'll be staring at a 7'2 angry lizardman with a 6" inch knife in his hand, by the way.

He's too pissed and bloodthirsty to be amused by Li right now.

Miles watches Li transform, looking rather embarassed of his own right. Did he really have to? But.. safety in numbers, right?

He pulls out his own pen, thoughtfully glances down at it, and sighs. It's for Phoenix. Right. God, the other lawyer better be unconscious for all this...

He clicks his own pen, initiating his own transformation, which results in a flurry of lights and magenta fabric, leaving Prosecution Mask in it's wake.

"Let's get this over with, alright?" He says to Li, eyes rolling skyward beneath his mask.

Oh yes, the annoying transformation pens. What makes it worse is having to watch Li and Edgeworth transform right here. Mia still isn't used to those stupid things, and she probably never will.

Hell, she'll live with it. The main goal at hand is to save Wright. Even if she had to deal with comments about her chest and men who transform into woman and tuxedo-wearing characters.

"Let's just go get this over with. The quicker the better."

Otto nods, holding out his PIN with a display of the coordinates they all need. He'll have a word with Novak about 'attitude' later, but for now, they had a friend to rescue.

"It's settled, then. Li and Edgeworth, you two will be with Kon. Once you've got his attention away from Phoenix, I will follow you, while Mia and Novak tend to Phoenix... stablize him, then get him out of there. Ms... Weaver, was it? I'm sure that Zaberisk would appreciate a hand in the clinics... hopefully, our friend will only be exhausted from stress, but it's better to prepare for the worst case scenario."

He waits until he's certain that the others have successfully inputted the location into their PINs, then transports out himself.

And Ivy nods quickly and leaves. She figures the Clinic is where she can be of help. After all, she has patched people up before.

So she'll be at the Clinc. Her dog>? Well. He's home. Somehow. By PINing him there.

The teen nodded to Otto. "Gotcha, just hope he doesn't kill us in the process." Kon twirled a pair of ill-gotten mirror-finished ray-bans before flicking it open, and placing it onto his face at about the same time he's pin-pointed.
