Here is where everyone can find the place where Ivy met Phoenix for their date. Actually they might find her here too with a large dog on a leash. The dog looks to be a cross between a Saint Bernard and a German Shepard and is sniffing around. Of course it can't pick up on Phoenix's scent here. Too many people have been here. But Ivy brought her dog along just in case not many people appeared to investigate the missing defense lawyer. In all honestly she isn't sure what to expect.

But the city seems dark. Oppressing. And it holds many secrets and clues if someone is willing to look for them. Get ready folks, because this will prove to be an adventure.

Kon entered the area, dressed in civilian clothes for once - plain black leather jacket, white t-shirt and jeans. He glanced around before spotting Ivy. "Hi..." He waved.

Which is a good thing. In this world Superman hasn't gotten killed quite yet. There would be a world of confusion if there was a clone of Big Blue running arund right now.

"Hello."

"Name's Kon, I'm here to help find Phoenix." The teen held his hand out to shake, and then remember that she was blind, d'oh! "Got an ideas about where he might've been when he vanished?"

She nods lightly. "Ivy. There are a few places...Would you like me to show you? There are a few logical points. It's mostly within a six block radius around here."

"Sure," He checked to make sure he was actually walking, as he stuffed his hands into his pockets. Gotham sure looks different from the ground, all dark and spooky!

And the dog? Seems to be ready to drag Iy along. But she has a tight grip on the leash and is guiding him in the opposit direction that Li went. She seems confident in this area of the city. She should be, she travles around here quite often.

"Don't worry. We're pretty safe this time of day."

"Maybe," and even if he's been told this Gotham doesn't have a Batman around, he is still paranoid about the Grumpy-man suddenly swooping down from nowhere, shake him around and yell at him to get the fuck out of his city.

"What's his name?" He asked. "The dog I mean," Superboy asked, might as well have a conversation while they searched!

She isn't picking up on that though. And no worries Kon. The scary man won't touch you.

"Cedric," she says while tugging the dog away from a trash can. Why did dogs like really stinky places? So weird! "Oh and um...If you see anything sprakly? Warn me. Might be a portal."

"Sparkly? Okay, in a place like this, it should be easy to spot." Kon glanced around as he sniffed the air, and regretted it - yuck, Ode du trash. "I'll warn you."

"Yeah. I've been told the dimensional barruer looks sparkly where it's very thin. We don't want to walk into that."

Oh but Cedric smelled a bone! "...Thanks."

"Uhm, while we're searching - what don't you tell me a bit about the city? There's a Gotham in my world, but I only been there once, but heard a lot of things," Kon asked as he glanced at the store windows they pass by mainly because something or another caught his eyes.

"I guess it's like any other city. Major city. Alot goes on here. Lots of plays. Concerts of different kinds. We have a great deal of Museums...." She pauses to think. "There's also the University. I'm a student there. Big reason I live in Gotham. Public transportation is all right. I just wish the subways were cleaner. Then...well. There's the crime. Gotham would be perfict if it wasn't for all the lunatics in the city."

"Sounds quite a bit different from Honolulu, for sure." The teen stretched. "Though we got our share of nutcases." He stopped when they turned a corner, and spotted a News Van, and a cute, bubbly reporter (who has nothing on Tana, Kon thought) speaking to a college-age girl, who pointed to an alley and spoke rapid-fire.

"And like this guy just grabbed me out of nowhere - and then didn't try to gag me, or rob me, telling me to just keep screamin' and then this other guy, really cute rushed in, being all heroic. The creep let me go and attacked this fellow, and he flew away!"

"Flew away?" The reporter asked skeptically.

Kon looked to Ivy, wondering if she's ponder what he's pondering.

"I wouldn't know. The furthest west I've ever been is Metropolis." Ivy listens to the girl's voice and frowns. Just trying to keep her expression as flat as she can.

Then tilts her head at Kon for the moment. "If that girl recognizes you? You're my kid brother Connor Weaver, visiting me for the week. Our parents live in Metropolis and you have no idea who that guy was that attacked the girl...Ok? But if we can get her away from the reporter...We can drop the act, I guess. But we don't need you getting arrested."

"Not a bad city, if you don't mind the weekly invasions." Kon joked, or rather half-joked.

"Hope she doesn't," The teen would hate to have to fly them out of here and get spotted by every tom, dick, and harry.

-- "So yea, I think I could spot 'im if I see him again, but he really was flying... out that way," she pointed east. "Like he's one of those supercrim types."

"Ah, thank you Miss Kim. This is Nancy Bunkhead with your on the street report, back to you Mike." When the mircophone and camera were shut off. "Okay, that's a wrap."

"You think this is really gonna help?" The woman questioned, tugging at her hair nervously, her voice trembled.

Kon gingerly approached the group. "Uh... I can't help but overhear the conversation...."

Ivy was listening to what was going on. It actually helped that the Bews woman's voie was pretty loud. And the girl, Mss Kim, seemed nervous.

So Ivy puts on a rather disarming smile. To look rather innocenr. "We both did. And this crnimal sounds rather familar. Would you mind terriblyy answering a couple of questions? It might help us find the...fellow who attacked you and the gentleman who came to your rescue."
