Vacations could be so relaxing. Ivy was putting things away and enjoying the fact nothing had gone wrong while she was away for two weeks. Everything seemed normal. Of course no one would have noticed a short absence from the city. She told people where she was going and no emergencies had come up. She also loved the fact she felt more well rested than she had in months. Nothing was quite like knowing that nothing could go wrong up in the mountains away from the chaos of the city.

So she finished unpacking and started moving around her home again. She noticed though that there were signs of someone being here recently. Not the house keeper who comes in to help her either. Ivy wondered who wold have dropped in while she was away. The thought didn't last for long as she got herself a glass of water to sip on since it felt too late to drink coffee.

Ivy was very happy with where he ended. It would be easy to call it delighted. She's not making any loud noises. She just drags one leg back and digs her big toe into the tiles a little.

"I'd like that." Going o long between getting to be around him had bothered her. Knowing he was trying to come around was so much better than thinking he just didn't have time to.

Time was of the essence in his lifestyle. However, time was a little awkward when it came to dimension hopping--sometimes he got back home without any time passing, other times he was off by a day. He was trying to learn what caused the difference but he wasn't having luck. Until then it might be hard for him to just come by whenever he wanted...but it couldn't hurt to let Ivy know that he was willing to try.

He nodded, looking down and away. "Very well."

She had no idea and she had been doing this much longer than him. She wouldn't begin to count the number of times she ended up pulling an over-nighter in another world for some reason.

She was lucky she never got stuck that she could recall.

"Thank you," she murmurs trying to not embarrass him.
