Ivy had spent the afternoon outside of the Nexus working on finding the wig she needed plus getting together what she would need at the hotel. Which wasn't much so long as she could move freely around the city at night. But right now that would be more difficult. She had to run her fingers along anything she could recognize by touch so she wouldn't get lost without her cane.

Even being without her coat was enough to have her on edge. When she got to the familiar corner of 13th and West Juniper Avenue she just haulted to listen to the sounds of Gotham.

Her Gotham had a very particular feel. As if everything was on the edge of a knife. That has her fingers anxiously twitch wanting to latch onto the end of her cane. But no she would not allow herself to compromise herself. It's too important to stay alive right now. So instead she fiddles with the wig on her head. Glad that it felt so realistic. She had been told it looked real. So for now she's a different person in appearance. Hopefully Dick will notice her. She wants to get moving damn it.

"Right behind you," he murmurs- aware that Ivy's hearing is probably a bit sharper than the average person's. "There's a table, about five paces in front of you four three two bank right you'll miss it..." and then someone else's voice as Dick says "Front desk."
"Welcome to the Rosetta- can I help you, miss?" the stranger asks.

No, Dick isn't Phoenix. But he's definitely better at the dealing-with-those-who-aren't-sighted than the average schmo.

Ivy gives him a greatful nod understanding that had taken note of where the table was. She made her way over to the front desk. She srts her purse down and fishes out her wallet.

"Why yes you can. I made a reservation here. I'd like to check in." She pauses for a beat. "I also had my bags sent here ahead of me. Have you recived them?" They should have. She'd arranged everything beforehand.
